Organizing 15th ISCCC in association with Roopkatah Bangla
It is our great pleasure that Dr. Meghnad Saha College has been nominated as the district venue for 15th Social Communication Cinema Conference, to be organized by the Department of Information & Cultural, Govt. of West Bengal. With the kind patronization of the District Information & Cultural Officer (DICO), Uttar Dinajpur, there will be the displaying and discussion on two films – “Rabindranath Tagore” by Ray and “Dheu” at 12 noon onward on 29 November 2019.
